My exciting plans for today include making a banana cake (it's the only cake I've ever made successfully), cooking the chilli that I was too lazy to do last night and going to the river for a picnic lunch.
Do I win the excitement stakes? 😄

Absolutely! If you cut up all those Mimco bags you'd have enough leather for a patchwork biker jacket. Do you have one with studs? ![]()
Morning everyone.

Morning All 🙂
Just thought I'd pop in to tell you how much I'm enjoying my lemon marmalade toast.
There's a little tin shack on the way out to Windsor where this little old Maltese guy sells local produce. It's been there as long as I can remember with different people manning it. Probably different family members.
All that part of the Hawkesbury area used to be rich farmland which is now being taken up by developers. It was largely settled by Maltese farmers back in the first migrant boom.
Anyway, I got eggs (albeit cage) for $3 a dozen, Oranges $1 pk, etc. carrots spuds, capsicums. As I was standing in line to pay for my purchases I noticed a row of jars on one of the beams above the counter. It was home-made marmalade! Yummo and Yippee! I've found a new source!
I was a bit suss at first because it looks a bit like mud. Probably made with brown sugar. But it's sweet and tangy and full of chunky bits of lemon.

Morning Icy
It's always nice to get away and shop in different places. Actually, it's nice to shop anywhere, lol
I don't think I've ever had lemon marmalade, I've only had orange marmalade and lemon butter
