Yep, all those dollars wasted to buy followers over the weekend. Today he's got 3 trends all on his own merit. Tony Abbott, #suppository, #sexappeal.  Just the qualities we need in a PM.

It's really refreshing to read actually and know there are so many people that dislike him and don't want him as leader of this country.

Twitter is great in that way.

Beep Beep Beep

Mr Abbott arrived at Penrith Paceway to a rapturous welcome from about 60 supporters, nearly all clad in Liberal Party T-shirts supporting the various candidates.

One hour before he arrived organisers prepared the scene.

The campaign bus circled once while an organiser told supporters to cheer when they heard it beep.

The bus left before Mr Abbott arrived, who was greeted by the crowd chanting: ‘‘Tony, Tony, Tony’’.

He mingled with supporters and spoke until the campaign bus arrived.

As the bus beeped the crowd cheered and Mr Abbott smiled as he turned to ask what the noise was about.
