Yes...............you cook it in water. I have some apple chutney left that I made ages ago.........I wonder if that will taste OK with it.

It is not easy to find a good recipe for pickled pork. Google was not much help.

I have never cooked it and I don't think I would. Too much salt for those in this household watching their blood pressure levels 🙂 🙂

Prim...............this one is salt reduced............and it helps to change the water half way through cooking............hubby is not allowed to have any salt in his diet at all if he can help it.
