I wear thongs but I put a clean pair on every day, I drive with them on but wear jeans over the top to stop cheek abrasions.
Keep it nice, I might cry if you write anything upsetting (like not)

Nope, I kick them off when I get in.
Yes, I have an opinion. No you don't have to agree with it. Yes I do have a right to it.

Back in the old days-learner drivers were encouraged to drive in bare feet.
Just to get the feel of the accelerator clutch and brake in a manual car.
I dont drive wearing thongs --had a couple of miscues in the past..............Richo.

I don't wear thongs, I do wear sandals. Depending on how well fitted they are as to if I wear them while driving. A couple of times sandals have slipped off while driving and once one of them lodged itselfs behind the brake pedal

I do sometimes but know I shouldn't. The thongs I wear in summer are usually dressy so
I think they are tighter on the foot.
Yes Icy, they hurt to break in. Every summer I have to do it all over again. ![]()

Yes, mine are tighter on the foot than the old floppy loose ones. I can't see how they could get caught up on anything.
