That does sound interesting Deb.  Someone we know?  I am so tired I can hardly move today.  I cannot wait until this steps challenge is over.  It HURTS!!

 

One more week.  There is an advertisement on tv at the moment for a step-a-thon for kids to raise money for something.  I will have to look out for it and see who they are raising money for.  It is a good challenge and that's one way to get kids more active.  I hope the primary schools take up the challenge.

I didn't realize you were still doing the step challenge Joono, how are you going and are you still in the top 8? I wish I could walk more, hopefully when the weather gets a bit better i will.

I'm still on the leader board Deb but it needs recalculating so I will probably slide right off it this week   It's been a real challenge.

You must feel good for it though. I lost a bit of weight last summer from walking and I didn't put it back on over winter.
