Yes the new emails are not as threatening as live words, so a huge improvement.

the new system sucks man

especially if one doesnt want to fall into the reporting retaliation trap to do their job & to make it fair

not just that hawk, but being able to communicate with a person instead of a robot, gets my vote lol
