I gave up 1 year, 157 days and 6 hours ago.
I still miss it sometimes but I feel a whole lot healthier.

I gave up on the 7th of July....still feeling the cravings (I know by now its all in my mind) and by all accounts have turned into a grumpy witch....or so hubs and DD say
