Yes I think ringtail

Good morning everyone.  I was just thinking back to the screeching that the possums used to do in my old place. My young nephew stayed with us one night and it started screeching right outside their bedroom window and scared the life out of him.

The ice cream worked out really well Prim but I had to add some sweetness to the recipe.  I checked some other avocado recipes on the net and they all had sugar or syrup added and I think they missed it out by mistake because it tasted awful without it.

My son didn't want any at first because he doesn't like avocados but I just gave him some in a bowl and he loved it.  It's good with salted pistachios too strangely.  I want to make it again soon but next time I'm going to add some mint and choc chips.  I might do that for Christmas.

No I haven't seen it, its like high up in the trees trilllll trillll

Clair, you'll have to keep an eye out for it today. Are you sure it's not a ringtail? They do nest high up in trees whereas the evil snorting/screaming brush tails live in the roof
