Not a fan of Sunrise but will start to take note of how many are shown on the Today show

when there is too much and/or too long advertising i get bored, wander off and forget that i was watching something.

Twinks, I think it's a toss up as to which channel has the most add's in a break.

The abc has a way more interesting and intelligent morning show....it's the same news (minus the melodrama and infomercials disguised as news), without any ads.
