Morning Stringers ![]()
Sorry to read you having a bad time at the moment Iza. I do hope you can resolve some of the issues for your son - the pain of a Mum not being able to 'fix' everything for them is particularly awful. Chin up girl .... you are made of strong stuff ![]()
Flashie, as usual you have come up with some great ideas for the parade. Although I do like Karen's nursery rhymes I doubt they would be received in the same spirit lol
The history of nursery rhymes is particularly interesting - I recall TGSE talking about them at some time too - social comment in the context of the period!
Have a good day all - more rain here today and no let up in sight sadly!

It sat on top of Bessel bricks and blew half off during a big cyclone. My neighbour's one got rusty and she fell through the floor haha.
If your area is prone to cyclones, rain or extreme heat, I don't recommend living in shipping containers lmao.
I ha to edit this to remove a ;\ you're lol

I have to use a courier service to send something to NSW . I've never done it before, pretty expensive but they pick it up, pack it and deliver straight to the other person's door

Hey Iza, I lived in a shipping container in the nt. They welded a few containers together, chopped holes for doors and windows, then called it employee housing lol

Hi Karen, I can understand what you are saying about shipping containers. It can get warm here,it can flood though we don't get cyclones. Some other things posted today have me confused though ?
