Each post has a different amount of views on it!

 

And what if there are 3 posts in one screen, how do they know how many of those I read?

 

I'm saying they can't possibly know this stuff, so why even bother recording it? It's simply not verifyable,

 

And then you have to account for the threads that get opened where your not taken to the last post read (sometimes I am and sometimes I'm not) and you have to flick theough a few pages to get there - they can't count if ya didn't even take a peek at them!

on my browser i got my antivirus set up to 'do not track' which shows me who is blocked 

 

at the moment i dont see anyone tracking me on the ebay boards

Most people don't mind when they believe its not them that being followed and tagged all around the place, when they discover they are most thinking people suddenly become concerned

I seriously doubt the mods would follow any member around and I know they're not permitted to give kudos. I also doubt they'd be interested in individual stats or what we view on CS. After all, they wouldn't be employed if they were creepy like that....and especially given that most of CS would be old enough to be their mother, or grandfather lol
