It  most likely, would have been the signwriters (or whatever they call them now, more computerised these days) error on that sign. The Uni may not have been asked to proof read a simple sign like that?

 

My boss checked the business cards he ordered before the printer printed them and he didn't notice the phone number was wrong...the printer did them again for 1/2 price.

You would think print staff would be extra careful with phone numbers on business cards.

There were about 150 invitations to a dinner for medicos with the dress required as "Lounge Suite".   They were cards, and I found them in the WPB and used the other side for shopping lists for ages.
