The last thing I did last night was watch the bike video. It was so relaxing I went to sleep. I might try it again tonight!

I love the open road in the video...hardly any cars. Tough taking a nice ride like that here, with a traffic light every 100 yards....and TRAFFIC! (even at 3am).
