I was a rugby follower in my youth Karen although I admit to going to a few GB/Aussie league matches with my Dad who was English.

 

Recall only ever watching one AFL match before I moved here to the wonderful west - living in Freo how could I support anyone BUT the Dockers and now I really love watching the matches.

 

Could not live in a divided household lol lol lol

 

I ran into a West Coast supporter today who said she would not be watching the match as she thought all the Dockers were bogans. Silly old chook she was lol lol

The only footy code I love watching is rugby union, preferably the Sydney comp where they don't play the wussy style. My nephew plays for one of the teams and my son used to play at school...but I think he was in the ABCDEF G grade lol. His sport is tennis.

Many great GPS matches on weekends and then graduated to following Gordon.

 

We even horrified our headmistress by organising a match between us and Scots College - SO UNLADYLIKE hahahaha

 

Seems so long ago now 

supplies are in, so we're all set now.

 

We have a suny break in the weather with about an hour to go till start time

The pies and pasties are in the oven..................arm chairs in the reclining position..........let the frivolities begin.

 

Oh............by the way.........apparently the sewing machine makes funny little lines appear on the TV screen..............and that is a definite no no............so sewing is ban............the things I have to put up with.............

Oooh you could have so much fun with that sewing machine, Flashie! Has the foot pedal thing got an extension that you could hide under your chair, to be furtively pressed whenever a goal is almost scored?

Oh my goodness....................Karen...............I will not be sitting in the lounge.
