a material stuffed cat my dad gave me when i was 20 months old and i am 50 soon.  over the years i made him a wife and child.  sadly i seem to have lost all my good jewellery in my last house move - i fear it may have been stolen by a removalist but have no proof.  photos would be my other choice.

In all seriousness... there is nothing that I would hate to be without. 

I think after seeing and meeting people that have lost everything I have had a total readjustment in my thinking of this... and I have discussed this very topic with all those that I have met that have lost everything.. 

I would miss my photos so I must scan them and put them on portable hard drive as that is what everyone has universally said they regret not saving.. but in all honesty I have those memories in my mind...

And my glasses, cos I can't see 2 feet in front of me without them!

I treasure my collection of model cars, which has continually built up since childhood. I should clean them more often than I do though.

Would hate to be without phone/internet/computer, but could survive without a breakdown. Being without a car would be the worst for me I suppose.
