The OP claims bullying and threats. An interesting reaction to being required to pay a bill for services they requested and received.

What is the threat? She has been offered 3 months to pay the bill, plumber never threatened to send someone round next week to collect money owed?

Also OP mentions they  has options to pay it but that's not the point... what is the point then?

Tradesman's offer to pay $100 per month for 3 months is more than reasonable.

OP could have phoned the plumber at any stage and asked for the invoice.

If we don't now the rest of the story and don't need to, why post 1/2 of it on a public discussion board for discussion?

OP:-  He didn't give any indication of the cost of the work just done.

Signatures suck.

That's right............. I did read it.

Pedantic comes to mind.

why? wouldnt you be cheesed off, if it took 6 + months to receive a bill including threats to pay?

Signatures suck.

We are in business, my OH refuses to send out any account that is more than 60 days old...............it's his fault so he wears it.

However, if I got a bill I had forgotten was coming, I would be annoyed and then hasten to pay it.
