Batten down the hatches purple ... there is a huge rain/hail fall front coming our way. It's just hit Geelong and predicted to hit the east between 1-2pm.

Me too -    2 enormous trees around the corner where I often park my car were ripped out last night with 

such force the roots are bare and a huge hole is  there.  There must have been cars that were badly 

damaged. 

I just wish the bluddy power would stay on. For the price we pay for electricity, surely they can put it underground in heavily treed areas.

Power was out all day yesteray, couldnt get petrol, post office was shut, supermarket was even shut so I couldnt even get milk for my coffee. Went out and stocked up on everything this morning, only had one short lived outage so far today  though.

A woman at work had a tree crash onto her roof.

I keep watching the radar .. as soon as the storm front reaches Port Phillip Bay I'm going to tie things down.

Where are you punch? East, south etc?
