That reminds me of the jam I once made. I forgot a key ingredient and it was rock hard, like toffee,.. But not edible lol

Edit to add... I had to chuck out the saucepan, too. Criez.. Now I understand why those silly people on the baking show keep crying 😄

Karen, that's special ...I think jam muck ups usually result in runny jam

Hi Deb, How are you where you are ? it's quite dark and windy here atm and our staffi has been barking lots more than normal.I think she thinks that the wind is someone coming to the house lol
