7 years old freddie.

Its in a group of 8. Ours is right at the back of the group and stands alone.

Gotta deal with strata fees on this one, but thats ok

Looks well looked after going by the photos.

A problem with strata can be if something need repairing and it is their responsiblity they take ages to action it.

don't worry about the keys
