any way they can be cooked, i loved eggs but my fav are egg sandwiches or poached on toast with a dab of hollandaise sauce

Sunnyside down. I dont like the yolk to be too runny. I actually have an egg for brekky every day. And I dont eat caged eggs.

I love eggs whatever way they are cooked

 

My tip when frying eggs is to put a saucepan lid over it for the last bit of cooking (less than a minute) so that you manage to cook that goozy clear bit that surrounds the yolk.  I hate it when that bit isn't cooked.  The yolk will have a white skin over the top but it's still nice and runny.

 

MMMMmmm..... egg.
