Hi Poddy, believe me when I tell you that the mods are doing the work of the cliques very assiduously.  One of the reasons I haven't been around for a while.

Dear Mods. may I suggest that when a post is either edited or removed that a reason for the editing or removal be included in the notification stating the violation portion that has violated the posting guidelines so that posters can avoid repeat violations.
