Are you OK placenta?

Why shouldn't I be?

Oh A3 you will need to be excused if you are ever called. LoL

People joke that everyone in prison is 'innocent' but my experience was that most will acknowledge that they committed the crime they are in for and the ones who don't will admit that some other poor beggar is doing the time for the one they weren't caught for.
I wouldn't take those comments as gospel truth but I do wonder if getting a result is more important than it being the right one sometimes.

I have been called up once for jury duty in NZ. Had moved house/city before they sent the letter out, lived too far away by then.

I think every accused person is guilty, so best not put me on a jury.

I always think the opposite! Woman LOL but when the judge gives his instructions, the decision is easier.

Woman LOL

I think freddie is right, I should try and get out of it, if I ever get called up.

I was on the jury of a manslaughter trial about 15 years ago.  It got very heated in the jury room. The men all wanted the poor bugger to hang and the women wanted to let him off.  We won.

Everyone should do it at least once, too see how the law works.

I agree meh, that's why this time I decided to go ahead and do it.

We have been excused.

But, we can be called again anytime over the next 11 months.

Oh, how sad for you! Hope they call you again!

I hope it's not at the end of this month, I will be away for 3 days.
