It doesn't take a genius IQ to work out what is likely to be edited - so it's a bit pointless whinging when it happens.

i'd appreciate it if they would remove my name from the post when they edit it.

i'd rather not be associated with a post containing THEIR words and THEIR sentiments instead of my own.

Often they change it right around so it means a completely different thing than when first posted!

Their as in mods is my guess.

Best or worst bits removed is debatable

Yes it probably makes sense after it gets modded LOL

I often observe posts that are meant to harrass others in code, and when they are revised by the mods, sound polite and sugary.

Changes the entire context, and that must infuriate the ones who make them.

I seldom get to see those kind of posts before they get edited, but then  I don't go out of my way to find them
