I was reading between the lines. He seemed a bit miffed that religion is discussed. He thinks people's belief should not be challenged. If he really cares about the truth, he would be welcoming all discussion/evidence that comes to hand. I was just using Islam as a example. I suspect he would not be too happy allowing religion to take over if it's not his religion.

Does it matter, did Bhudda exist, Hindus and other numerous religions believe in ancient gods.
Was it marx or Lenin who said that Religion is the opiate of the masses ?
If believng in fairies at the bottom of the garden gives someone comfort and leads them to live a better life , so be it.
