All religions were invented by men (does anyone know of a religion invented by a woman?) anyway . . . invented by people.

People who claim Divine inspiration or direct communication with or from a divinity.

It's a hard claim to prove but it's an equally hard claim to disprove, since we unworthy folk don't have access to the Divine message, according to those who claim they do.

Every religion was invented . . .  by people. . . . . It has been said that  "there's money in muck" and there's a whole lot of money and power to be made by convincing people of the veracity of the myths which they peddle.
