Well, yes!  The numbers were drastically reduced in August.  That is before the election, and continue to be low in September.  Of-course, TA will claim credit for that.

he who has blinkers will only ever see with restricted vision, BOTH parties can take credit for the slowing down of the boats so why can't people on here on both sides agree sometimes ?
