Repent for what?  For trying the country make cleaner, for trying to encourage use of alternative power sources, for reducing our emissions and reducing our impact on environment? 

And he is telling one big fat lie that abolishing the carbon tax will help people.  In fact most people will be worse off:

If people believe that prices will go down they are fooling themselves. Power prices rose sharply before carbon pricing came in. Greedy companies are not going to stop raising prices.

It would be replaced by carbon trading scheme, which was always the plan; Rudd was just going to bring it forward.

Why not google it?  Basically our carbon tax is Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) with a fixed price.   And the plan is to move to an ETS with a floating price.

 

The pics?  They just float around the net  🙂  I think they are very useful to inform the LNP voters who only understand 3 word slogans.
