How do I change my dashboard back to showing range instead of average speed?

Every time I get something fixed electronically or get a new battery my car tells me what the average speed is.

 

I guess I have to turn the radio on and then press menu a few times and then press some buttons on the steering wheel.

 

I got search, VOL+, VOL -, Res Cruise and other buttons on the steering wheel. 3 buttons on each side of the steering wheel.

No idea but I want to know what the beeps are in my car sometimes when the lights flash on that little thing..........
