I was told by someone,who said her friend was in the truck (driver).

I was told,the driver was an Australian soldier,he was in a Red Cross truck with another person (not sure if they were Aussie,but also a soldier)

Truck was bombed from above,driver survived virtually without a scratch,passenger was blown to pieces.

No,not the person who told me,but possibly the one who told her.

If it was all over the news at the time,as I would expect it to be, something that sad would be hard to forget.
