yep, you have to watch the sugar in those.   Natural low fat greek yogurt is better.

I get bored with the low fat, sometimes can only be bothered with a couple of spoonfuls.

danone greek style natural & sweet is my fav. Smiley Happy  but it's full fat..

I use Greek Style no fat in my morning smoothy, I need to load up on calcium.

MMMM the caramelised fig tickles my fancy, that sounds nice

It's yum Deb and very scarce, we have only managed to find it in the small container.

I love figs, so might try the caramalized fig one.

It comes in both, full fat and low fat.
