The dog group leader disappeared long time ago. I think that was the reason your request was ignored. And the dog group was closed recently because no one posting.

Groups will be closed by eBay if no one posts for 60 days.

Start a new dog group yourself. And make it public group. I bet a lot of people will join.

Autocorrect must do Freudian typos, because shortly after I was given the boot from that group, it expired due to lack of interest 😄
