LL: "oh , i forgot to laugh at the source MM . why are you reading nutters like him ? is that a good blog ?:

I also had a laugh at the original source  LL, because it was Rudd, and if you say so, "a nutter"

If you bothered to search (or listen) you would have discovered Rudd announcing "If they’re out there in the high seas, what you would do is seek to turn them back through the agency of the Australian Navy."  in the Radio 2GB, July 12, 2007 interview.

Another Ruddite comment: February 23, 2007:
“Labor’s policy is that if people are interdicted on the high seas, then these vessels should be turned around,” he said."

how any times did he say it?

if he's your  'go to' guy john who am i to criticise ? so i'll retract that part . the question ought to be 'was it a not properly considered thought bubble ? or 'did it become policy and put into practice' ? the answer is no. its tones policy. he repeated it over and over so there could be no doubt as to its ownership.

"its tones policy."  which he copied from Rudd in 2007.Myopic Tongues2 Small.jpg

only the words in italics will be remembered . Smiley Happy

All I see here is gloating & hoping that the boats keep coming, people keep dying on the way here, as long as labor supporters can go on & on & on about the boats. This type of gloating is sickening to read.

You all should look to the reason the boats started coming in the 1st place, how we are now trying to support over 55,000 boat people Labor lured here.

How 55,000 people are living off taxpayers money whilst the government struggle to get this total policy disaster, inflicted for no good reason, on taxpayers, under some kind of control.

This glee & gloating says it all about just how low a political leaning can go, this gloating & glee will not auger well for Labor supporters into the future because this total policy failure has incensed Australian voters, this & the big Carbon Lie is what has seen Labor go the way of many socialist parties go in the end.

The nightmare is finally over for Australians. The Abbott govt. will do their utmost to get this fiasco inflicted on Australia under control & Australians will never forget that this whole disaster was Labor's fault.

The sooner Labor supporters come to the realization this policy failure has destroyed the labor party the sooner they can get over the fact that they are no longer relevant.

SSHHHH!! It's a secret. we're not supposed to discuss it until Friday.

(if we're lucky that is)   Smiley Indifferent

I hope everyone's reading the Jakarta Post, that's a good way to keep informed of what's really going on
