Sorry, that is funny.

Cowboys and Indian costumes are no longer politically correct in the US now. 

No Indian outfits because we may offend Native Americans, no cowboy get- ups because that might require a toy six shooter and it also may offend the Native Americans, whom the cowboys will no doubt shoot, if given the chance.

As I said earlier........poor kids, there is always someone out there sucking the fun out of their lives.
