I have tons of vegetables but I try to plant only a few of each thing so I don't waste...and I give a lot away. Oops dammit that reminds me my Joono rice is heating up and it's probably burnt!
You can give me a cooking tip Karen. I know you like those Asian greens like pak choy bok choy etc. I use them sometimes in stir frys. Do you just let them heat for a sec in the stir fry so that they are still uncooked? They seem to go soft quite quickly.
I've never been sure what to do with those veggies.
