j*oono - I use baby bok choi all the time ....... I add it after I have browned the garlic and ginger and stir-fried the chicken tenderloins.  I then add the snow peas, then the broccoli flowerets and lastly the bok choi and bean sprouts so that they do not do a disappearing trick.

Then I add noodles if I am using them - add any sauce such as hoi sin or ketjap manis and BINGO!

Funny you should ask because that is what is on the menu tonight

.

Be careful with all that rice Karen.  You can't keep it for ever and I don't want you to get Joono food poisoning!

Joono

OK!  Thanks Laney.  It does cook quickly.  Oh, I love those bean sprouts.  They are the best.

I am just doing a quick pasta dish tonight.  Not home made pasta, I've never done that.

Joono

On occasions I just very lightly stir fry them to warm them up j*oono (with ginger, garlic and sauce) for a quick snack.  I love their crunch!

.

Have not home cooked pasta for years j*oono - there are so many outlets here that supply it freshly made so why bother.

I would rather put my efforts into the sauce ....

One of the benefits of being in Freo lol lol

Just fish and veggies here for tea.

Hubby decided he wanted to mow the lawns and wanted to finish them before it gets dark..........so he is having his tea now.....................he had the same veggies but he wanted a forequarter pork chop............it is huge..................................................and Maggie is circling.

With apple sauce Flashie?
