It was a longish day at work and I am glad to be home and fed. Your dinner was much more luxurious than ours Deb, we had pasta and broccoli.

 

Flashie, You are correct, all processed take away food has a high salt content and is best avoided at all costs.

That was a bit dumb.  I thought I would polish up my ankle boots so I went and grabbed the Dubbin and stuck my foot up on the chair.

I had forgotten I'd changed into my runners when I went to the gym this afternoon.  Doh!

My lawn mower man came back to finish my lawn today. He eats at the servo and he's really fat, he has a massive beer belly even though he has given up the grog ... But he's a nice man when he's on his meds (except when he sprays my herb garden haha)
