Hi Karen& Prim,

What Prim said, the Aloe Vera sap is a great healer, takes the sting out of burns and heals them fast. I always have a pot of it in the backyard.

Mum & I have a favourite spot that we like to meet up & have a coffee. Dad's been joining us lately, which is great. I'm glad to see him giving himself the odd day off every now & then he's always been a bit of a workaholic, so it's nice to see him a bit more relaxed.
