If poster x says Labor is doing a lousy job in government and poster y says 'no, you are wrong, they are doing a great job', theoretically that could be classed as an interpersonal dispute.
If poster y said . I don't agree with you, they are doing a great job. That would be OK. Someone may object to poster x's use of the word lousy though!.

Why does there have to be an ulterior motive? People usually ask questions because they want to know the answer, it is not up to others to try and read something else into their question (which isn't even there).
