Those educational emails must be something you might receive in reply to an appeal. (i dont recall receiving one)

If the mods state that they have OT, then of course it wont add to your tally towards a sanction.

..and if theres no mentioned of it OT then it adds to your tally.

Ffs a warning is a slap...behave and you won't get another warning.....ie get familiar with the posting guidelines.

i highly doubt that most cases don't reoffend lol
