I have had one of those run around days.
I decided this year for Christmas I wanted to get my mothers picture etched onto a locket..............and we found a place that did it...........and paid for it.............only to get a call a day later to say the locket I paid for is not available any more.
But they did have one that was twice the price...............I went a got a refund..........simply on principle.
If it was exactly the same how could it be twice as much..............and if it was just that they had made a mistake then why not just say that.
Anyway................three jewellers later I found a locket that I liked...................but had to compromise to having one where I had to put her actually picture in.
Now we had to find a place that did the pictures.....................the only picture I had was Mum and Dad's wedding picture.
Two camera places later we finally found one that did it............and the girl that served us will not be winning any awards for her customer service.............she was not rude......................but blunt........which sounds rude.
So now I have to take it back to the jewellers that we bought it from and get them to put the picture in it.
Hubby said on the way home............"Now you can see why men don;t always buy jewellery for their wives"
