Well I know they are true, I've seen them myself...checkerboard skies... Trailed that go against the wind... spoke to a pilot....crop dusters are used to dispose of chemicals. I haven't seen them lately tho...maybe the media attention has made them be more careful.

As for weather manipulation, you can read in the Jakarta post how they're doing exactly that to minimise flooding risk in Jakarta this monsoon season, they're directing storms out to sea. Not sure how tho?

paint, i gave you kudos, not because i agree with you but because you are interesting, have your own mind (you do not remind me of an ant with no own opinion) and make the board more diverse.
