You and Karen talking about watches made me remember a lovely watch I bought ages ago - it is sitting in the basket on the kitchen bench (you know the ones in which you put stuff you don't know where to put), waiting for a new battery!  It can stay there - have not worn one for years now and don't intend to revive the practice lol

Laney I have a basket like that, on top of my filing cabinet. It has heaps of old keys to previous houses and cars, old watches and other junk. I should just pick up the basket and throw it away, but I know I won't "just in case" something becomes useful lol

I didn't have a 'bits and pieces' basket until someone gave me a satin Chinese style basket. It now holds my other two watches, my book mark, a pen and a tassle.

Flashie, don't let one nasty poster affect what you want to post here.

It is not worth the hassle Prim................I like the thread........and I will continue to vote for the great pictures in there.

 

But I will not let it get spolied for others........................
