Hahaha!! Be very careful what you let them wish on you, Karen - you might finish up with my artistic talent instead. I'm the only person I know who failed shorthand because she couldn't design the little squiggles properly and make them thick and thin in the right places.

ya not wrong hawk ...phone companies are a pita ! and they  seem to be getting worse
