he expected payments.. third payments.. half payments, before the job was done too

i said i simply dont pay untill the jobs complete, thats it!! (had to repeat myself a few times)

 

had i made any early payments, im sure he'd be gone for good never to be seen again, lol

It was the family home for over 50 years. Yes,it was sad to see it go,but mostly it was heartbreaking that my parents died.

not everyone is money hungry.

Some of us love our parents.

 

They are like puppies chewin' on a bone. Don't really want it, but won't let go of it.
