Twinkles, I am really sorry you have lost your little dog, and if my post hurt you then I do apologise most sincerely - perhaps under the circumstances it might have been kinder to keep my thoughts to myself. Everyone is different and everyone finds comfort in different ways. 

Twinks I'm so sorry about Toby! AND I hope one day to be swamped at the bridge by beloved pet that have crossed before me.

I am sad to hear of your loss, pets are so precious.  

 

i think it is up to individual parents to choose how to deal with death.  if they choose heaven or rainbow bridges then good for them, if not then fine also.  i don't there is a right or wrong way just choices.  I personally hope there is somewhere i will see my beautiful furbabies again.
