So far all I've bought is chocolate coins and a few cheeses. I dunno why, but we always have choc coins for the kids...but now they're for the adults...specifically, me 😄

Guilty of that too. I always buy the choc coins. I lashed out a bit in Myers a couple of weeks ago and bought some posh chocs and goodies for the boys but they share ![]()
The cheese compartment is always stocked up too.

When I was about 5 years old I used to go to the city on a Saturday for ballet lessons. Madame Riah was the teacher and I will never forget her. She had a huge staff which she beat on the wooden floor in time to the music but if you put your foot in the wrong position, she usually managed to stomp it on your foot so you didn't do it again LOL.
Anyhow, one Christmas she had a big Christmas tree in the corner and covered it in gold covered chocolate coins.
Now we are talking many decades ago and I had never seen anything like them and I drooled (we might get chocolate as a special treat once a year in those days).
When the last lesson was over we were allowed to go and take a coin. I have never forgotten it.

I'd love to go to one of those English cheese shops.

I think your dance teacher was related to my piano teacher. She'd hold a cane hovering above my fingers on the keyboard and if I hit a wrong key she'd hit me. Ouch! The problem was, the more she hit me, the harder it was to get the right key. Awful woman lol

That was nice Prim. So she wasn't such a witch LOL
Karen, the ex's Auntie always sent us Marks and Spencers liqueur chocolates every year and they were just beautiful. Then my mother in law told her to stop doing it because it was too hot in Australia. Darn it, mine always arrived in good nic.

If you copped similar, you can easily imagine how hard it was to keep your feet in the correct position while limping with a stomped foot LOL

I was scared of her Joono. She was Russian and screeched out orders which I could never understand. But, I loved, loved, loved ballet so never thought of not going.

Do you still have that beautiful posture? You can usually tell someone that has learnt ballet. They look so graceful all the time.

I don't think I would describe myself as graceful LOL LOL Maybe it wears off with years of not being so graceful 🙂 Maybe I need Madame Riah to come chase me with a stick again 🙂 🙂
