Eeny meeny miny mo was the most common 'dipping' rhyme.
We also used the spud rhyme.
One potato, two potato, three potato, four.
Five potato, six potato, seven potato, MORE
the MORE person was 'it'
one two buckle my shoe
three four knock at the door
five six
pick up sticks
seven eight
lay them straight
nine ten
a big fat hen
and it gos on
Eleven twelve, dig and delve
Thirteen fourteen maids a'courting
Fifteen sixteen maids in the kitchen
Seventeen eighteen Maids a waiting
Nineteen twenty my plate's empty.
