He has just gone off to the doc's. Just had some verbal advice from a family member who put our minds at ease a bit. Still he has to see his own doctor. Finally he has seen sense. phew!

Went shopping came home made a coffee, went to put it on the coffee table and it caught the side of a book and spilt the whole cup.

Managed to grab a tea towel before it started dripping on the carpet.

Had to clean the coffee table off and repolish.

Got a note in the box the neighbourhood is having a get together on Sunday evening, bring a plate, that should be interesting 🙂 

It is a pest when that happens Lion. I did the same thing a few days ago. All over the kitchen table and newspaper I was intending to read.

i went to the docs i had torn muscle

got some pills also had a jab in the arm for sinus  but at least it works, helps which is a lot more than i can say for those nasal sprays

i am still awake as i cannot sleep, just cannot get comfortable

  so just having a browse  bought a DVD of Doc Martin 5 th series

love that show and i  have a cup of milo
