pimpy could you clarify the following a bit more please?

 

If you have a pic that suits the theme and you want to share it, do so. Just make sure you have ownership rights to that pic (in other words don't grab random pics of the internet just because they suit) and put in a disclaimer if it's not your own work. We still love looking at them.

 

 

To have ownership rights to a photo.. must the poster have the original photo in their possession? The person who took the photo would be the one to claim ownership rights though wouldn't they?

 

I can see there is a place here for photos like she ele posted of her & husband's wedding anniversary... a personal photo.

With respect am, would you mind if this discussion were to take place on a separate thread? I'd hate to see this one go **bleep** up because people can't agree, as things so often do on here.

I thought it best here lurker, so all posters will know exactly what that rule entails. I am only asking for pimpy to give clearer instructions on this point, as I think we all agree she runs the challenge, sets the rules.
