Lol Buzz

Where IS my favourite emoticon when I really need it lol lol LOL

.

Flashie I just looked at your photos on the pic thread. They are beautiful, Did your son take those.? Ive been to that beach with the rocks, but I can't remember what's it's called. It's not the devil's marbles or something like that is it?

3 more days. That's all I can think about. 3 more alarms. Bring on Friday

Only 1 more day of wrangling kids out of the house and on the school bus at stupid o'clock. Yes

So tired my feet are tingling. Perhaps tingling feet are a sign of an imminent stroke. Hope not. No

Is it bad if you make an interesting salad dinner for the kids and toss theirs and serve theirs and then eat your own off the chopping board? No, if you only do it once a year!

Just in case Flashie has been hijacked by the iron Deb - it is the Tessellated Pavement at Eaglehawk Neck I think.

They are great pics aren't they!

.

Thanks Laney, it was years ago that we were there & I can never remember the names of places or people's house numbers lol

I used to be hanging out for the end of term when my kids were at primary school Buzz, everyone is well & truly tired by then

Mine are in high school now!

High school is worse than primary school for me.

In primary school they cared about stuff and cared about making their happy teachers happy. Now I am a permanent cheerleader for the teenage "mehs".

I am thankful for small mercies: at least mine weren't taking shots and playing "never have I ever" like the ingénue who lives over  the back fence the other night.  My boys and I could hear the noisy, drunken, teenage party that the girl, formerly known as Pollyanna-of- the- neighbourhood had. Her parents, I'm sure, are still feeling so PROUD LOL!!

I should say we were not amused, but we were and we were also like OMG!  Cat LOL

“I’ve got my purse and my gift and my gloves and my selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor and my monoamine oxidase inhibitor and I have my anti-anxiety disco biscuits and I am ready to go. I am really ready!” Sheila

Buzz it was the other way round for me lol. I had to drive them to primary school and every morning was a stress routine, I also drove other people who would be waiting for us at the end of our driveway.

By HS they were more independent and it was close enough to walk, except when my daughter went to a private school, but she loved it and didn't require much pushing in the mornings IYKWIM

Lol @ the Pollyanna of the neighborhood, every suburb has one of those I think lol

Bling? If you say it with CAPS it'll be a whole lot effective, Clair. CAPS and wriggles...
